The Davies Craig Variable Speed EWP / Fan Controller provides precise control over your car’s cooling system to help maintain stable engine temperatures, improve cooling efficiency and reduce the risk of overheating under demanding conditions. It uses dual isolated output channels, configurable temperature set points, PWM control compatibility for brushless applications and programmable shutdown cooling functions to independently manage electric water pumps and single or dual fans with high accuracy. The following features explain how the controller manages cooling performance and system protection. Dual Isolated Output Channels. Two independently controlled output channels allow you to operate any combination of single or dual electric water pumps and fans with separate settings for each channel, giving you accurate control over coolant temperatures and airflow management across different areas of the cooling system. Brushed motor versions feature 2 x 40A fully isolated channels which support high current electric water pumps or multiple fans per channel, allowing you to manage demanding cooling setups provided the total current draw does not exceed 40A per output. Brushless Motor PWM Control. Brushless motor versions use dual PWM signal channels with up to 5A combined PWM signal capacity, enabling stable and accurate speed control of modern brushless pumps and fans for smoother operation and reduced electrical load.
