This is something rather interesting! It’s a Keyence product – but not a precision industrial sensor or a machine vision system, but an ESC for an RC car. I believe this was the flagship Keyence product, with the lowest parasitic resistance of all commercially available ESC – but I could be wrong about that. It includes a tiny (and I mean tiny) alphanumeric LED display for programming which looks pretty exciting. It has never been used. I have owned it for a number of years and have been waiting for the right project to come along – but I don’t think that’s likely to happen any time soon. It’s too cool to sit in its box unused so it’s time for it to go to a new owner who will hopefully have the perfect home in mind for it. Includes the original Japanese + English literature, unused decal sheet, all accessories – it’s all there. You can even choose the pinout for your receiver connection. Can’t imagine there are too many of these around – grab a rare opportunity. No motor limit – predates widespread use of lithium cells, so no low voltage cutoff. Acuvance / Keyence Rapida Pro-C.
